Nomad has moved Fever three times in SoHo: from its first New York office of about 4,500 SF, to 7,300 SF in 2024, to about 15,000 SF in 2026, subleasing the office it left behind each time it grew.

In 2024 Nomad moved Fever into a 7,300 SF SoHo office, a full floor with more room for the team, and handled the exit from the first one.
What Nomad did
Nomad ran the search and negotiated the lease on a 7,300 SF full-floor office in SoHo, one block from Fever’s first. We subleased the first office so Fever could move on, and coordinated the move itself: furniture, cabling, fiber and phone booths.

Nomad Facilities took on cleaning for the new office.
