Who we are
Nomad Group is the trade name of Nomad Property Group LLC, a licensed New York real estate brokerage at 276 Fifth Avenue, Suite 402, New York, NY 10001.
This policy explains what we collect when you use nomadgroup.io, why, and the choices you have. When we work with you on a search, a lease or a building, your agreement with us also applies.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Office search form: your name, work email, company, team size, budget, timing, neighborhoods, current office, the spaces you saved, the broker you asked for, and anything you write in your message.
- Contact form: your name, email, company, phone number (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
- Market report sign-up: your work email and the page you signed up from.
- Working with us: what you share with your broker by email, phone or in meetings to run your search or deal.
Information collected automatically
- With each form, the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags
in the link you followed (such as
utm_source), and your screen size. - Standard technical data our hosting and content providers receive when your browser loads the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
- How the site is used, through our analytics provider PostHog: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, the device and browser you use, your approximate location from your IP address, and whether a form was sent. PostHog also records sessions (a replay of how pages were used, such as where the pointer moved and what was clicked) so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything you type into a form field is masked and never appears in a recording. See Cookies and browser storage.
We don’t ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to include it in forms.
How we use it
- To reply to you and run your office search, lease negotiation, build-out or facilities work.
- To send what you ask for, such as a sample Space Book or our quarterly market report. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which pages and channels bring inquiries, and to improve the site.
- To keep the site and our forms secure and free of spam.
- To meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations as a New York real estate brokerage.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on these legal bases: performing a contract or taking steps you asked for before one (replying and running your search), our legitimate interests (running and improving the site), your consent (marketing emails and non-essential analytics), and legal obligations (compliance and records).
Cookies and browser storage
The site works without advertising cookies. It uses a small amount of storage in your own browser:

Saved spaces and your visit source stay in your browser and reach us only if you send a form. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics and session recording are not loaded.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries, correspondence and deal files: up to seven years, in line with our record-keeping obligations.
- Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months. Session recordings: up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop marketing emails, or to stop processing that relies on your consent. Email hello@nomadgroup.io and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law.
California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it), and not to be treated differently for using these rights.
EEA and UK residents also have the rights to data portability and to object to processing, and can complain to their local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to client information to the people who need it, and we use two-factor authentication on the systems that hold it. No system is completely secure, so please don’t send highly sensitive information through the site.
Where your data is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers mainly process data in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy law may differ from yours.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email where required.
