Our story

Matthew DeRose, William Janetschek and Adam Justin founded Nomad in 2019 with a simple view: the companies building what’s next deserve a real estate partner that moves at their speed.

That meant senior brokers on every search, a market organized so a whole team can make a decision, and the full economics of every deal on the table. It also meant staying on after the lease, with our own construction and facilities teams.
