Sam Reznitsky is a Managing Director at Nomad Group who has already walked the floor you’re asking about. In 2012 he saw the opportunity to lease old SoHo and Tribeca lofts to creative, tech and media tenants. He went on to work closely with large family ownerships, including TSE Group and Continental Equities, repositioning historic buildings such as New York’s first department store, its first full-building German hospital and its first gallery building. That’s why he’s candid about floorplates and about what a landlord can actually trade on. Today he advises owners and tenants across Downtown Manhattan on office and retail space, and is a partner in a development firm building in Maryland and South Florida.
