Lucas Miller is VP of Finance at Nomad Group, where he brings structure and clarity to the firm’s financial decisions as it grows. He began his career in investment banking, working on consumer M&A at Jefferies, including transactions for Amplify Snack Brands, Kendra Scott and Jostens, and then on chemicals M&A at The Valence Group. He later joined the Strategic Finance team at Homebound, where he saw firsthand how fast-growing companies struggle when financial visibility lags behind operational complexity. He went on to found Caddie CFO, giving founders strategic financial support beyond bookkeeping. Lucas holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and studied economics at the London School of Economics.
