David Greene has spent more than 20 years representing tenants leasing office space in Manhattan, as well as landlords, buyers and sellers across New York. As President of Brokerage Services at MHP for nine years, he grew the brokerage from 12 brokers to more than 55 before the company was sold. He was named to The New York Observer’s “Power 100: The Most Powerful People in NY Real Estate” every year from 2012 to 2017. He has leased more than 8 million square feet for clients including Walt Disney, Klarna, Northrop Grumman, Helly Hansen, Columbia Sportswear and Scripps/HGTV, and represented teamLab in its 55,000 SF lease at Industry City. He has also sold more than $2 billion of real estate, including 295 Madison Avenue and 180 Madison Avenue, and represented Luxottica in its flagship purchase of 1 West 37th Street.
