We found and negotiated the first 6,500 SF, then the expansion to the full floor, including a substantial improvement allowance with unused TI converting to additional free rent.

Furnished and running from day one.
For phase one we furnished the office from Nomad’s own inventory at a fraction of the usual cost and coordinated internet, cleaning and security.
