Nomad built Small Door’s first custom headquarters in one of our buildings. When the team outgrew it, Nomad took over the existing lease and moved Small Door into a built office of about 5,500 SF in NoMad in under 30 days.

For the first office, Nomad placed Small Door in one of our buildings and coordinated a custom fit-out. When the team outgrew it, Nomad took over the existing lease and moved Small Door into a built office of about 5,500 SF in NoMad within 30 days.

A custom first fit-out, delivered 30% under budget.
For the first office, our construction team worked with Small Door’s architect to redesign the layout, relocate the wet pantry, source five phone booths at a substantial discount and customize the floor, ultimately delivering the fit-out 30% under the original target budget.
