The challenge
Stout NYC, an Irish-American pub, had been just east of Penn Station for nearly two decades and was relocating its flagship.
What Nomad did
Nomad leases the building for its owner, Justin Management. We leased Stout about 16,000 SF across the ground floor, mezzanine and lower level, less than three blocks from its old home.
The result
Stout signed in April 2025, keeping its flagship in the neighborhood it had served since 2005.
