A first office in 24 hours, then a custom-built home down the street.
Simpli needed a ready-to-go office for six people, fast. Nomad found one near Penn Station in a day, and when the team outgrew it, moved Simpli into a larger, custom-built space down the street.
The challenge
Simpli, which runs product donation infrastructure for some of the world’s biggest brands, needed an office for a team of six. It had to be furnished, built out and inside the budget, and the team needed it quickly.
What Nomad did
Within 24 hours, we found a temporary space in a building Nomad represents, walking distance from Penn Station, with a built-out conference room, an executive office and furniture in place. When Simpli outgrew it, Nomad, representing both Simpli and the owner, Justin Management, let the team out early and moved it into a 5,500 SF office in a larger building down the street.
The build-out
Nomad built the new office to Simpli’s specs: a new kitchen, glass walls, new lighting and renovated bathrooms on the floor. Simpli moved in in May 2026.
The result
One relationship covered both moves. When Simpli’s needs change, it calls Nomad, and the same building teams it already knows handle everything from cleaning to sound to the air conditioning.
