The challenge

Sapien needed room to grow and had a hard deadline to be out of its previous office by May.

What Nomad did

Nomad secured interim space so the team never missed a day. When the search had to reset, we kept moving: Sapien was touring its new floor within a week, had an LOI in June and signed in July. Along the way we connected the team with furniture and signage partners, so the new office felt like Sapien from day one.
