The challenge
RepRally, a wholesale platform connecting independent retailers with more than 250 consumer brands, was moving its New York headquarters out of Flatiron.
What Nomad did
Nomad leases the building for its owner, which repositioned it from a university back office into a modern office with exposed ceilings and engineered wood floors, designed for high-growth companies. We leased RepRally 8,308 SF.
The result
RepRally signed in September 2025 and moved its New York headquarters to Madison Square Park.
