A new NoMad home that kept the building’s lobby intact.
MUBI signed its new New York office in NoMad after a long, complex negotiation that preserved the building’s lobby, and celebrated the opening in June 2026. Nomad Facilities now runs the office.
What Nomad did
Nomad represented MUBI, the global film streaming, distribution and production company, through a long, complex negotiation for its 6,000 SF office in NoMad. We secured preservation of the building’s lobby, which mattered to the brand, and a right of first offer on an additional floor.
The result
MUBI celebrated the opening of its new office in June 2026.
After the move
Nomad Facilities provides facilities management for MUBI’s New York office.
