Cocoon runs clubhouses where families play, learn and spend time together. With its first New York clubhouse open in Tribeca, it set out to open a second, on the Upper West Side.

Nomad represented Cocoon in leasing 13,900 SF across three levels, the ground floor, mezzanine and lower level, with room for memberships, birthday parties and camps.
The result
Cocoon opened its Upper West Side clubhouse in February 2025.
