A custom-branded Flex by Nomad office for a UK brand’s first US team.
Wild opened its first US office in a fully furnished, custom-branded Flex by Nomad space in Midtown South, at an all-in price below the initial ask.
The challenge
Wild, a UK personal-care brand, needed a small, fully serviced office for a US team of six growing to ten. Decisions ran through its parent company’s approval process, which briefly paused the search, and close to move-in the previous occupant held over.
What Nomad did
Wild came to Nomad through a referral from an existing Nomad client. We sent a market overview within a day, toured the shortlist and held the preferred space off-market while the parent company worked through approvals. We planned the space around Wild’s brand, with custom paint, signage and meeting-room names, and when the previous occupant held over, set up a branded interim suite in the same building within days.
The terms
An all-in monthly price below the initial ask, with a free month. Security steps down after a year of on-time payments, and the parent company’s backing was accepted without a guaranty. A decor allowance covers the custom branding and signage.
The result
A fully furnished office in Midtown South, with furniture, IT, cleaning and building services in one monthly bill. The team moved in during August 2026 and was in its permanent space by September.
