NoMad
A private, full-floor headquarters in a boutique NoMad building.
ToltIQ had searched across New York City but had not found a space that felt right. The team wanted more than a functional office. They wanted a home of their own: a private full floor in a boutique building, with a modern interior, strong natural light, convenient transit and a neighborhood where people would actually want to spend time.
The challenge
A partial floor was not going to work. Privacy, identity and the overall experience of coming to the office all mattered. ToltIQ needed a distinctive New York headquarters that combined the privacy of a full floor with the convenience of a move-in-ready office. The search also had to work beyond the four walls. The team wanted easy subway access, strong food and coffee options nearby, and a neighborhood that could support both the workday and time together outside the office.
What Nomad did
Nomad focused the search on boutique buildings where ToltIQ could occupy an entire floor and create a stronger sense of identity. In a boutique NoMad building, the pieces came together: a private, fully furnished 3,500 SF floor in the heart of NoMad, with a modern buildout, convenient transit access and one of Manhattan’s most active office neighborhoods just outside the door.
The result
ToltIQ secured a move-in-ready, full-floor headquarters that gave the team the privacy and character it had been searching for, without sacrificing convenience or neighborhood experience. A boutique building. A floor of their own. And a New York office that feels like ToltIQ.
“Nomad grasped the type of space we wanted right away and showed us many good options. In the end we got a gem of a space. I highly recommend them for your next real estate transaction.”
