A furnished Flex by Nomad office, delivered after a fast pivot.
Hedgineer moved its growing team into a furnished Chelsea office through Flex by Nomad. When the first suite went to another party late in the process, the deal moved to a second suite in the same building within days.
The challenge
Hedgineer, a fintech consultancy serving asset managers, had a lease ending mid-year and a team about to run out of desks. It wanted a design-forward, furnished space with room to grow from about 10 to 20 people, and flexibility.
What Nomad did
We started the search months before the lease expired with a map of on- and off-market options, ran offers on two finalists in parallel and built projections of total occupancy cost, including cleaning, internet and insurance. We offered an off-market, fully furnished suite before it listed.
The pivot
When that suite went to another party, we moved the deal to a second suite in the same building and handled furniture and phone booth installation, with early access for IT setup ahead of the start date.
The result
A furnished office in Chelsea through Flex by Nomad, starting in June 2026.
