The Requirement
Deep Labs was looking to open their first satellite office in New York City, expanding from their headquarters in San Francisco. They needed a modern space that matched their state-of-the-art technology. While only 20 employees had to be accommodated, it was imperative the space be located within walking distance from Penn Station.
Our Solution
We compiled and toured various options for Deep Labs, but none of the spaces felt like home. Thus, we began to research off-market options and uncovered a hidden gem on West 27th Street. We immediately sent over the potential option to Deep Labs who then fell in love with the space. Due to their growing headcount, they needed to move-in promptly. Without delay, we were able to close the deal within 7 days from viewing the space. In addition, we were able to provide a 40% discount on all their furniture that was moved in simultaneously.
