When they reached out, they were looking for their first dedicated NYC office. The space needed to reflect their brand—clean, sharp, and engineered for deep work. We narrowed the search to quiet, thoughtfully designed offices in SoHo and NoMad, areas that offered a good mix of proximity to transit and architectural character. The Zenlytic team was drawn to a boutique space within a quiet NoMad building—a floor that had already been prepped for engineering-heavy teams and offered room to grow.

From there, we handled:

• WiFi, cleaning, and security set-up
• A custom walkthrough to ensure the space could flex with their hybrid schedule

The space offered natural light, private call areas, and enough infrastructure to plug in and start building—no downtime, no distractions.
