🧘 The Challenge

When we first connected with the team at Nirvana, they made their vision clear: they weren’t just looking for office space—they were looking for a sanctuary. The goal was to find a space near Union Square, with natural light, a calming energy, and the flexibility to create an environment that truly reflected their mission around mental health and human performance.

They referenced the aesthetic of Barnfox upstate—warm textures, thoughtful layout, and space that feels like a retreat. And they wanted to design it hand-in-hand with us.

💡 The Solution

We narrowed our search to the most architecturally unique spaces near Union Square. Ultimately, we landed on a unit with great bones: natural light, high ceilings, and the flexibility for a full custom buildout.

From there, our in-house design and construction teams worked directly with the Nirvana team to co-create the space from scratch. Everything was intentionally chosen—from materials to layout to the sensory experience. The result was a calming, elevated office space that feels less like Midtown and more like Hudson Valley.

Touches like exposed wood, organic tones, cozy breakouts, and soft natural light make it a place employees actually look forward to walking into each day.
