The Challenge

When we initially met the team behind Hampton, this wasn’t their first rodeo; co-founders Sam Parr and Joe Speiser have successfully built, scaled, and exited several 8- and 9-figure ventures across ad-tech, e-commerce, SaaS, and media. Hampton’s core team includes eight accomplished startup operators who share a deep passion for cultivating meaningful relationships and professional networks. In their search for a new space, they prioritized an environment that reflects a people-first, community-driven ethos.

Their focus was around a space that could deliver on the following:

• A “cool” and inspiring atmosphere, ideally a space that attracts startups and creatives.
• Proximity to Flatiron and Madison Square Park
• Flexible lease options to support growth and adaptability
• Large enough to host events for 30+

Rather than settling for a standard office, they set out to find a space that could serve as a physical manifestation of Hampton’s values, where ambition, authenticity, and a sense of shared purpose are felt the moment you walk through the door.

The Solution

Through our Nomad Flex Model, we empowered Hampton with an unparalleled real estate solution, one that delivered the sophistication and exclusivity of a premium space, without the logistical complexity. Every element, from design and acoustics to finishes and functionality, was tailored to create an environment that authentically embodied the Hampton identity.

Adhering to both the timeline and budget, we executed the following:

• Custom branding: signage, paint colors, carpeting throughout the space
• Fully furnished and pre-wired: seamless, move-in ready functionality
• Modern access control system: smartphone-enabled entry, no keys required!
• Often overlooked post-lease: Acoustics, we installed custom carpet tiles and ceiling-mounted soundproof panels to optimize phone booths, meeting rooms, and conference spaces.
• Service-First Approach – We believe the real value lies in the experience. From move-in to move-out, we deliver consistent, high-touch support that many providers neglect.
