  • The design: wood mullion glass doors, glass chandeliers, and warm architectural character
  • The scalability: room for up to 40 desks and seamless team expansion

We worked directly with ownership to negotiate favorable deal terms that gave Authentic flexibility and financial efficiency. Within weeks, we had a signed lease and a full plan to get them out of their coworking setup and into a space they could call their own.

Now fully settled in the heart of Flatiron, Authentic’s new HQ reflects everything they stand for: modern, approachable, and ready to scale.

And the proof is in the momentum: just one month into their tenancy, they were already working to bring a sister company into the building, a clear sign that the space is doing exactly what it was designed to do: support growth.
