🌍 The Challenge
When we first connected with VTEX, they were expanding their NYC footprint from their headquarters in SĂŁo Paulo. Their vision was clear: they needed a flagship HQ near Grand Central, one that could offer brand visibility, a tailored layout, and a long-term home to support their North American growth.
Most spaces felt generic or uninspired. What they wanted was bold, central, and theirs.
đź’ˇ The Solution
We brought them to 11 East 44th Street, a legacy building we manage on behalf of the Del Vecchio Estate, the family behind Luxottica and former owners of Brooks Brothers.
Several of the former Brooks Brothers floors had been vacated—classic layouts, but outdated for modern needs. So we worked closely with ownership to offer VTEX something rare: a full demolition and custom buildout from scratch.
Everything was tailored—down to the paint colors and brand palette seen throughout the space. The final product? A clean, open, modular floorplan designed with flexibility and intention. The signature VTEX pink now threads throughout the space, from accent walls to finishes—bringing their identity to life in every corner.
To top it off, we helped VTEX secure two branded flags on East 44th Street, giving them street-level visibility and a physical presence in Midtown that reflects their global standing. You can still see those flags waving today.
