The Requirement
After closing a Series-C round of funding, Siemplify had a lot of capital that they could put to work. First on the list, growing their robust team to enhance their end-to-end security operations. This came with locating a much larger office space to accommodate roughly 60 employees.
To achieve this, they wanted to focus on locating an entire floor space in the heart of Chelsea. The ideal features consisted of a bright open space, with numerous break out rooms / offices and a large pantry for team dining.
Our Solution
The ideal space was identified as an entire 10th floor unit within a 12-story boutique building in central Chelsea. The existing layout perfectly fulfilled the team’s requirements.
The space had a penthouse feel given top-notch views and tons of natural light benefited by the low-level adjacent buildings. The building was perfectly situated for access to all major transportation routes and was steps away from Madison Square and Union Square Parks.
