We extensively researched the market and put together weekly updates in order to keep our client informed of the best deals in the market. Eventually, we landed on a gorgeous Class A asset steps from Bryant Park and conveniently located near all major transportation routes. The ideal space was obtained at a fraction of the cost given it was listed for only a few hours before we issued an effective offer with a quality tenant. From listing to closing, the space was on the market for less than two weeks before iPullRank locked down their new home.
