Our Solution
Nomad Group and our brokerage team located a space where the Snappy brand could be maximized. Located in Flatiron District, we secured the Penthouse floor of a 5-story, boutique office building. With access to a private rooftop, large open spaces for collaboration, and tons of natural light, this space was optimal for lots of goodwill.
However, Penthouses come at a premium. Through talks and negotiations with the landlord, we were able to get a 32% discount in the overall asking rent.
